Descriere

Descriere:Controler Inteligent al Pompei, modelul IVR-09T , este un dispozitiv de control si siguranta, usor de utilizat, pentru conectarea directa a pompelor submersibile trifazate, a pompelor de suprafata, a pompelor inundabile etc. cu o putere de la 0,75 KW la 7,5 KW (de la 1 CP la 10 CP), care mentine o presiune constanta, setata, a apei, prin schimbarea vitezei de rotatie a motorului pompei.Modelul IVR-09T are multe moduri de operare prin adaptarea la diverse instalatii electrice. Controlerele din seria IVR-09 pot fi utilizate la grupuri de pompe, pana la 6 pompe. Caracteristica sa importanta care o distinge de dispozitivele populare de control de tip on/off, este:1. Eficienta energetica. Comparativ cu metoda traditionala de alimentare cu apa, un sistem de alimentare cu apa sub presiune constanta, cu convertizor de frecventa economiseste energie intre 30% -60%.2. Utilizarea simpla: operare usoara, toate functiile pot fi dezactivate prin apasarea unui buton, nu este necesar sa se angajeze specialisti de software.3. Fiabilitate pentru multi ani a pompelor combinate: cuplul mediu si uzura arborelui sunt reduse datorita scaderii vitezei medii de rotatie, ceea ce asigura o durata de viata mai lunga a pompei. Datorita functiei soft de pornire si oprire, incorporata, permite dispozitivului sa elimine socurile hidraulice. (efectul socului hidraulic inseamna o crestere brusca a presiunii care insoteste o oprire rapida sau o pornire a debitului de fluid.)4. Protectie cuprinzatoare: sistemul are cea mai cuprinzatoare tehnologie de protejare impotriva supracurentului, supratensiunii, subtensiunii, scurtcircuitelor, a blocarii rotoarelor, pompa poate fi protejata impotriva functionarii la uscat fara a fi nevoie sa se instaleze sonde/senzori in put.5. Este posibil sa uniti controlere in grupuri de pompe, pana la 6 pompe. Grupul este controlat de la nivelul unui controler, selectat de utilizator ca controlerul principal, in timp ce celelalte isi adapteaza functionarea la cerintele sistemului. Programarea setului este extrem de simpla si nu necesita participarea unui programator.<
